Confession: I remember when the internet first arrived on the scene. My family and I had AOL (well we still have AOL), and when you would sign off the same mysteries voice that said “you’ve got mail” was the same voice to say “Good- bye” it was a friendlier voice, well, I digress LOL
Many people struggle with saying Good-bye. The word good-bye brings so many different emotions. It could be the end of a relationship, losing a love one, or simple Good-bye because you know you will miss that person. We all have struggled at one point in time realizing it is time to say Good-bye and if you haven’t its like the old folks say “keep on living”. LOL It comes a time when we realize it is time to say Good-bye. It does come a time when we have to come to terms with the decision. We have to take a deep breath and accept those words spoken. So, when do you accept those two words?
Confessional Booth: I believe you accept those two words when you recognize the end. It can be an end of a conversation, an end of a relationship, or at a burial site when they are lowering the casket. I have to say Good-bye to ConfeShans. I struggled with this for a while, but I decided to say Good-bye. God really took me out of my comfort zone with this blog, and I truly appreciate that. I stretched myself with this blog in so many ways, but I know it is time to say Good-bye. This is my last post, and I pray I help someone along this journey.
Here are my final thoughts: Stay on your journey, the road may have bumps and turns but you have a destiny waiting for you. Continue to trust in God even in your darkest moments. You are beautiful, or handsome and unique in the sight of God. Do you!
